  2. In the Ask Us 24/7 Training Manual, read the page titled "Components of a Quality Chat," (page 23) which summarizes the above points. Print this out and keep it with you when you chat.
  3. In the Ask Us 24/7 Training Manual, in the Policies & Procedures section, read Section 3: Quality of Service pg. 37.
