Personal scripts allow you to create a list of your favorite messages to use while chatting with patrons. Here are some examples of personal scripts created by a librarian in our regional service:
The 1st script is used as a response for a common situation. We will often answer questions from patrons in other regional library services, and frequently patrons from other services believe that they are talking with a librarian from their own library.
The 2nd script is used when a patron has been idle for an extended period of time during a chat session.
