Once you are done with your Virtual Reference Session, you can go back into My QuestionPoint to find a list of your questions under "My Questions" and a "Question List" for your institution (both located in the the top left section of My QuestionPoint page). This allows you to go back to view the transcripts of your chats as well as the transcripts of other virtual reference librarians from your institution.
You will find "Follow Up" questions that have been assigned to your institution that may still need answering. In the "Question List", you will also find transcripts of questions from your library's patrons answered by librarians from other institutions. It is recommended that you spot check these for quality control on occasion to make sure that your questions are being answered properly.
