Reports provide statistics about the virtual reference service ranging from all of QuestionPoint, to Ask Us 24/7, and even the individual librarian. You can also use these reports for your institution's organizational assessment. Most virtual reference participants count the questions received through virtual reference as part of their monthly and annual reference statistics. These numbers may also help you promote your virtual reference service and gain more participants.
